At Garcia's Jewelry, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unworn and in their original condition
Include all original packaging
Have all tags attached (if applicable)
Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-designed jewelry
Personalized or engraved pieces
Special order items
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale merchandise

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will gladly work with you to repair, replace, or exchange the item when appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error occurred on our part.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Garcia's Jewelry cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
