Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Custom jewelry and made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Estimated completion times will be communicated before your order is shipped.

Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package throughout delivery.

Signature Requirement

To help protect high-value purchases, certain orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.

This requirement helps ensure your jewelry arrives securely.

Shipping Address

Garcia's Jewelry is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Garcia's Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist whenever possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item

This allows us to investigate and provide the best possible resolution.
